Abstract

The satisfaction of human needs and aspirations is the ultimate goal of sustainable development. The authors research the quality of service of the hospitality Kazakhstan enterprises, such as hotels, restaurants, tourist agencies. The work examined the currently existing government and private standards for the tourism enterprises. It represents that Kazakhstan doesn’t have and uniform system of quality in services, which is highly valued in the development of tourism. To meet the needs of tourists, quality service is the key moments in the development of competitive tourist center. Kazakhstan needs a new perspective and new tools in the development of tourism, which is ultimately lead to the sustainable development of the country.
