The experience of developed countries to introduce economic mechanisms to reduce emissions and renewable energy

Abstract

The article considers experiences of developed countries on introduction of economic instruments to reduce emissions and use of renewable energy sources. The possibility of using renewable resources in Kazakhstan. Application of international best practices in the administration of environmental protection in combination with economic methods commonly used by countries with developed market economies.
