Problems of development of the carbon market of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The transition of the economy of Kazakhstan on the new environmental guidelines, there is an urgent need to revise and significantly change the legal and organisational mechanisms for the regulation of the internal market. A special role is taken by the internal carbon market, which is the regulatory and incentive mechanism capable of significantly affect the nature users and domestic politics in General.
