Abstract

The paper presents the results on the effect of new sulfur-containing heterocyclic compounds piperedins (T-10, T -10, T -10 ") on the germination, growth and development of stevia seeds in vitro. Revealed that these processes depend on the nature and concentration growth regulators as well as exposure time.Percent seed germination at 30 minute exposure was higher compared with prolonged exposure, which was the duration (60 minutes). Of plant growth regulators on seed decreased effective influence provided T-10 than the T-10, T-10. As well as seed treatment growth substances (T-10, T -10, T -10 ") significantly stimulated root formation, growth and development of seedlings, which improve process of adaptation and acclimatization atlanding regenerates the soil.
