Abstract

It registers in the article that fundamental, vital meaning character of modern ecological range of problems assists forming of new ecological paradigm in modern science. Such paradigm supposes development ecologically of relevant world view, principles of that can bring in a substantial contribution to development of conception of steady ecological development, spiritual evolution worked out in accordance with philosophical and theoretical principles, and can become a world view, ethical-acciological and theoreticalmethodological platform for development of new conception of cultured-civilization development, passing to strategy of «green economy» of both world community on the whole and Republic of Kazakhstan.
