Tax mechanisms of stimulating green economy

Abstract

The article considers current issues of environmental development and it’s economic regulation mechanisms, tools and ecosystem services. It also shows examples of economic incentives for environmental tax payers and charges on the EU practice. In the article is given analysis of budget revenues and analysis of expenses of environmental charges in Kazakhstan.
