Backlogs of the “Green” economy: problems and prospects

Abstract

In Kazakhstan the general consumption of energy resources, and with it and emissions of greenhouse gases grow fast rates. Emissions of dioxide of carbon from burning of fuel grew by 9,3% concerning level of previous year. On the world this indicator averages 5,8%. The program “Green” economy will give new opportunities for development of innovations, increases in productivity, growth of competitiveness and reduction of dependence on global financial instability.
