Abstract

A study of environmental subject’s has used analytical techniques, allowing to quanta ivy of content of identify priority toxic components at the level of maximum allowable concentration and radioactive isotopes. Ecotoxicological parameters was studied of test objects from Koshkar -Ata area (soil, water, plants, animals, biological substrates) and the Aktau city residence village. Cytogenetic research has conducted on rodents (R. opienus, great gerbil). It was established that the frequency of cells with chromosome violation induced by pollutants in animals captured from adjacent to the Koshkar -Ata area of about 1.5-2 times more than of control group. The analysis shows that in bone marrow cells of rodents from Koshkar-Ata area gene and genomic mutations manifest as in appropriate structure and number of chromosomes. Based on these results we can assume that environmental pollution poses a real threat to the stability of the human and biota genome.
