The prospects of introduction of new south fruit cultures are given in Kazakhstan: persimmon pomegranate, citrus, unabi. Reasons of introduction to the sortiment of fruit cultures of Kazakhstan are considered. The regions of the possible growing of south fruit cultures are described. Biological and economic description of every south fruit culture is Given. Subtropical fruitgrowing – one of the largest industries of agriculture, that is presented, mainly citrus, by a persimmon, pomegranate, unabi, by the olives of and other Production of subtropical cultures one of ways of increase of welfare of people, improvement of providing with of population garden-stuffs with high maintenance of vitamins. The provision of population home fruit and vegetable products does not exceed 40- 50%%, while the threshold of food safety 80-85%%is considered. Resource possibilities of the South-Kazakhstan area, being most south and one of most by the warm provided region of Kazakhstan, are not used to a full degree. The analysis of soil-climatic indexes is given founding to enter in the assortment of fruit plants, such as a persimmon, pomegranate, unabi citrus (by a trench method) first of all in the south areas of Kazakhstan (South-Kazakhstan area), where all soil-climatic terms allow to grow (persimmon, pomegranate, unabi) on industrial basis in open soil. Introduction and introduction to the culture of fruitgrowing of such valuable plants as a persimmon pomegranate, citrus, unabi will allow to show out industrial fruitgrowing on more quality level on providing of population the vitaminized garden-stuffs with high maintenance of vitamins.Downloads
