Physical inactivity and adaptive capabilities of the human body

Abstract

A comprehensive study of the functional and adaptive capabilities of operators in various fields of activity ( sensory and sensorimotor ) under actual production conditions in the midst of the heat of summer (July-August , the south of Kazakhstan) . The data on the significant reduction of adaptive capacity , aerobic capacity of the organism, the resistance of the cardiovascular system , the signs of heat exhaustion and physical detraining . However leading professionally significant functions vary slightly.
