Abstract

The work is dedicated to investigation of oil water soluble fractions (Karakuduk oilfield) influence on development of Danio rerio embryos in vivo. It was shown that exposure to oil water soluble fractions in concentrations of 10%, 30% and 50% of incubation medium lead to almost 100% embryo mortality to stage 24 hpf even in least concentration. Delay and alterations in development began at tail bud stage (10hpf) with subsequent embryos death. The exposure of oil water soluble concentrations even in least concentration 10% of incubation media resulted in embryos death on stages of early organogenesis.
