Petroglyphs terekty-aulie in Central Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article deals with the objects of religious tourism Ulytau district of Karaganda region on the example Terekty-Aulie. The investigated petroglyphs are the most valuable sources for the reconstruction of many aspects of the life of the ancient nomad peoples. At the same time, they are unique and have no analogues in Kazakhstan, and around the world. The possibilities for inclusion of petroglyphs in the tourist and sightseeing tours and attraction to the tourist service of the local people in order to promote sustainable tourism were considered.
