Abstract

The agro-ecological survey was conducted on the 7.746 hectares of tilled field located in “Yeralievo” village, Maktaaral district of South Kazakhstan region. The cartogram of labile soil elements pollution (Pb, Cd,) was constituted. As an result of survey exceeded MPC for labile lead (> 6 mg / kg) is 7405 ha (95.6%,), for labile cadmium (> 1 mg / kg) is 5387 ha (69.5%). Sources of heavy metals are agricultural water and groundwater due to secondary salinity while drain-collector system breakage.
