Experimental study of biochemical markers of Mangystau oil’ hepatotoxic action

The article is dedicated to investigation of crude oil experimental exposure of rats to reveal the biochemical markers of those xenobiotic toxic action. It was established, that experimental exposure of rats to crude oil (Karakuduk oil field) for 8 days leads to immediate induction of detoxication enzymes accompanied by increased lipid peroxidation in rats liver.Downloads
