Influence of sorbent on the indexes glucose in conditions of in vitro
AbstractIn articles the composition of blood at rats is studied in case of experimental pancreatitis. It is studied efficiency of application of a sorbenton the basis of natural polymer – a lignin for correction of exchange violations in case of experimental sharp pancreatitis at rats in the conditions ofin vitro. At rats during pancreatitis in comparison with control group theamount of glucose, amylase, a lipase, alkaline phosphatase in blood wasincreased. At animals in control group in comparison with animals bystrypancreatitis indicators of α-amylase, pankreatic amylase in serum of bloodwere raised. During experimental pancreatitis lowering amount of proteinin blood serum for 11%, and also the last product of nitric exchange wasdetermined. And opposite the level of bilirubin was increased, all thesephenomena it was connected with dysfunction of a liver and with proteinlowering. During experimental pancreatitis the level of nuclear heatingplant in blood increases, and increase in this indicator is connected withincrease in cytologic process in a liver and a pancreas. Influence of a domestic sorbent on animals with experimental pancreatitis in the provisionin vitro was estimated. in vitro after influence of a sorbent is able the levelof a lipase and trypsin in serum of blood decreases from 24 to 22%, butin comparison with control group level remains to the highest. And alsoaffected indicators of α-amylase and pancreatic amylases. Influence on indicators biochemical and electrolytic, and also on a metabolism in bloodserum at rats with pancreatic diseases was revealed in the provisions invitro on the basis of a ligninny nanosorbent.Key words: amylase, lipase, pancreatitis, glucose, rats, syvortka ofblood, lignin, trypsin, enterosorbent, in vitro.
