Lakes are one of the main storage of freshwater. Such ecosystems are exposed to strong anthropogenic influence, especially in areas of intensive agriculture and industrial development. Regular monitoring of individual biogenic or abiogenic factors does not always allow an adequate assessment of the
ecological state of the reservoir. Therefore, the search for and introduction of new methods for assessing
