Information For Authors

Publication of materials in electronic format (.doc, .docx, .rtf formats) to the journal is carried out using Open Journal System, an online submission and review system.

The author of correspondence is obliged to provide a Cover letter for publication in the journal.

Order of submission and requirements to the design of the article (for the design of the article, use the TEMPLATE):

Previously unpublished material by the author(s) corresponding to the profile of the journal/series of the journal in Russian, Kazakh, or English is accepted for publication.

All articles are subject to mandatory review (peer review) and literary and technical editing. The Editorial Board of the Journal determines the compliance of the article with the Journal profile and design requirements and sends it to a specialist (independent expert) for review. All reviewers are recognized experts on the subject of the reviewed materials and have publications on the subject of the reviewed article within the last three years. Reviewing is conducted confidentially.

The most important criteria for evaluating the article are: the relevance of the chosen topic and the problem posed; novelty of the presented material; the author's personal contribution to the problem under study; correctness of terminology, citation, reliability of facts; use of modern sources and scientific methods; theoretical or applied significance of the research; validity of scientific conclusions; logicality; accessibility of presentation; compliance with the requirements for the design of articles.

If the article does not meet the requirements, the editorial board has the right to reject it.

The formatting of the article, including the structure of the paper, in-text citations, the reference list, tables, and figures, must comply with the standards of the American Psychological Association (APA), 7th edition.
